In NYC, Pinson worked with Cle de Peau Beaute, Lion King, as well as was makeup artist to the stars. Miss Pinson's credits are numerous in print and film. Pinson is a member of SAG.

She created the Barbara Pinson Clinic Program, for L'Oreal in NYC , in which she perfected Pinson Corrective Cosmetics.

· She  owns Pinson Cosmetics and Pinson Bridal, based out of Atlanta specializing in Anti-Aging, Detox, and Hormone Balance with  colour design and application as a Master Anti-Aging Makeup Artist.
